Imagine if you will a situation.
There is a person who has cancer and hasnt very long to live, and needs alot of help and support in their remaining days, and indeed is being helped is by a person to get about, in this instance to go and rest due to consistant issuing of morphine to kill excruciating pain.
And imagine both the person whos ill and dying, and the person there caring for her being attacked...the reason? because the person helping the person whos ill is too busy to stand with the other person and have a cigarette with them.

This is why Im sick of working in the place I am. The owner has just one thing in mind and thats MONEY, so the more violent a client is the more money he makes for himself and Im sick and tired of it, not just for myself but for the people I work with, and the people I look after, but this recent person we have living where I work is terrible,hes totally taken over the place, its mishap upon mishap and they do nothing about the situation,
Yesterday when this incident happened I was told that this man would be sent away as a temporary measure until this other client has died so the ill client gets the support she needs.
today I hear that their solution is to give the offending clients 2 weeks of treats, and one to one attention, and this is totally WRONG !, and to be honest if I could walk out of the job now I would.
I have plans, and will return to my home town, and I will probably get another care work job, but the place Im at now is totally going down hill, and I dont wish to be on board when it crashes at the end
